  • Course content was interesting but poor management from Lifetime made the whole experience frustrating. I was not seen by a trainer for months and this significantly hindered my progress

  • Currently the programme is well managed As lifetime now have a dedicated team for Greene King, but when I started, it was very poorly managed

  • My employer was very supportive and they are very informative about available courses and development

  • Very poor support until last couple of months of course, then my trainer was very helpful

  • I think it is very helpful for assistant managers looking to progress but a lot of the skills in the course are already an intrinsic part of my current role
