Management theories
Course content was interesting but poor management from Lifetime made the whole experience frustrating. I was not seen by a trainer for months and this significantly hindered my progress
Currently the programme is well managed As lifetime now have a dedicated team for Greene King, but when I started, it was very poorly managed
My employer was very supportive and they are very informative about available courses and development
Very poor support until last couple of months of course, then my trainer was very helpful
I think it is very helpful for assistant managers looking to progress but a lot of the skills in the course are already an intrinsic part of my current role
