  • I am a Commercial Finance Administrator my daily tasks include: Create daily sales reports Submit price protection claims Import dealer payment proposals produce customer contracts and send them out Run dealer payment reports Answer to any qeuries relating to payment and support on fleet vehicles

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have completed Level 2 and 3 NVQ in Business Administration now in my 3rd year completeing Level 4. I have recieved various training like telephone training, Microsoft excell training and plenty of on the job training. My personal skills have improved majorly as i am more confident and enjoy meeting with new people. My computer skills are improving daily as i get the chance to use new softwares and programmes.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well organised, assesor is always available and can speak to managers for help on any work related tasks. The assignments are reasonable and i never feel like the work load is too much. I am in a team of 7 so always have plenty of help when needed. This also gives me the opportunity to try news tasks and is not repetitive every day. Sometimes when it is a queit month i have some time to complete my assignments during working hours. This is great so i dont have to do much at home whilst having a full time job.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • My assesor is always available and gets back to me quickly with any question i may have regarding me assignments. He sets reasonable amount of work at each visit and goes through all new assingments before handing them to me so can raise any questions with him. He Schedules regular meetings to update my progress and goes through what he needs from for my next visit. He also speaks to my manager about my progress and also my work.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My Manager supports me very well in the department and HR deparment always offer great support. I always feel comfortable going to them when needed and I am always notified of any changes at the work place. If i have any work related problems i feel comfortable approaching my manager and i am confident she will help me the best she can. She regularly asks if the work load is ok and if i do require with help with anything.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Salary is good as i am living at home however i do have a company car at a reasonanble price which comes directly out of my pay. I live about 4 miles away from work so travelling costs me very little. This means i have plenty of my pay remaining for socials costs. I have so far recieved 2 great pay rises in the past 2 years which depended on my perfomance. I purchase lunch from the restraunt in the building where food is reasonably priced.

  • Yes

  • Pleasant place to work, great building and many benefits such company car, gym and discounts to many retail stores.
