  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role on a daily basis includes looking at customers profiles and making sure that they meet their terms and conditions required for each facility they hold with us, and also make sure that we hold all of the relevant information for each customer. I also make regular contact with each customer to check that everything is ok and make sure that they are happy with the service that HSBC is providing. I also put together new deals for customers and help make their lending journey easy and efficient.
