  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I would say I've learnt new skills but definitely developed existing skills. My technical language has been improved, this is by sending daily emails and figuring out how a person wants to be approached by writing, speaking skills, since I have to talk about what I'm doing throughout the day I need to be open if I have a lot of workload, attention to detail, having to complete work for big companies around the world comes with pressure of handing back excellent work and by having set deadlines this makes sure work is done and to a good standard.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • From the 2 meetings I've had so far again nothing can be said wrong. I feel I'm completing my work to a good standard but would like to start bringing on more work so I can complete the apprenticeship within the timeframe I want,

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I can't say my qualification has helped my somewhat with my role as I got the training when I started. The qualification material I complete comes from any challenges I face or when strengths come forth.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there are many to get involved it at work. I have taken up 5-a-side football which takes place every Thursday. Everyone who takes part in this are friendly and want each other to put fun before anything else which makes It enjoyable but also brings the challenge of trying to beat one another.
