On a yearly rotation scheme currently in internal audit - working with the team and other stakeholders. carrying out reviews and also financial department tasks.

Constant training and developing skills day to day - working with the team also improves communication and people skills

I very much enjoy my programme from the day to day work to department tasks

Much support recieved from the team and people who look after apprenticeship scheme.

Much support recieved from progress review calls to emails checking in - one downside is the amount of time some work takes to be marked and sent back

I see my learning in my role and my role in my learning - studying CIMA and this is very good compliment to my role.

I play football on mondays and attend graduate and apprentice events and also group events.
