  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Since starting my apprenticeship I have developed a lot of confidence. When I first started I had no confidence in myself and was extremely worried and nervous about answering the phone and making phone calls. Throughout my apprenticeship I have developed on this skill and now feel extremely confident in answering calls and making them.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme as its has helped me a lot with developing skills and qualities that will really help when I want to progress with my apprenticeship or even helping me move onto something else. I also enjoy my programme because I work with a great team of people who always help.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very organised. My trainer from Babington is very helpful she always gives me support and makes sure that I am doing all the work I need to be doing in order to pass my apprenticeship. I also get a lot of training and support from my colleagues.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer gives me a lot of support. When I am struggling with a task he will always make time to sit down with me and explain in full detail. My employer asks always offers me training, for example, I recently was struggling with excel in which he offered to put me on a course so that I can master the skill. My manger always gives me positive and constructive feedback which is really helpful and helps me learn from my mistakes and the positive feedback always gives me a sense of achievement.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My trainer from Babington is excellent. She always gives me the support I need when she comes and visits me. She lets me know what I need to work on and guides me on how to do the work. She also always keeps me on track to finish my apprenticeship.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The support from my Babington trainer and training I have received from my company has helped me preform so much better in my job. This is because I have become a much more confident person. I feel extremely confident in my everyday tasks and I do them without any mistakes.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At Futureproof accounting there isn't currently any extra-curricular activities for me to get involved with.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Futureproof Accounting to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Futureproof Accounting is such a great place to work. Not only are the people who work here extremely nice and welcoming the working environment is really nice. I have been also given such progression opportunities and my manager offers out so much training. I also have develop so many great skills from here which will be extremely useful if I wanted to get a job somewhere else.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Futureproof Accounting?
  • When going for a interview with Futureproof accounting, be yourself and ask questions. Also have confidence in yourself and ask for training if you need it or if you struggle as my boss is always happy to train up there staff. Don't be afraid to ask questions because everyone is friendly and happy to help.
