I deal with regulated customer complaints and have worked here at RSA since 1997. I provide final company responses to customers before they can approach the Financial Ombudsman Service

Absolutely ! every days a school day ! I'm doing my apprenticeship and I've obtained my CII qualification in the process !

Its hard work but rewarding.

Excellent, with on-line tuition/practice tests to support the literature and learnings

Regular support and study leave, especially helpful just before the exams

Regular dial ins, email support and face to face visits

It reinforces my knowledge and expertise with my day to day role and has taught me about structures you know are there but never realise how complex insurance can be
