I am a team leader at intu Trafford centre in internal cleaning department and looking after 34 team members. this role consists of admin, maintaining rota, budgets, stocks, managing sickness, audits etc.

Tutor is good. It is a mix of theoretical and practical course which is a blend of experience for me.
