My job role is to advertise, sell and rent properties. I speak with customers and book them in for a viewing, a mortgage appointment or negotiate their offers. I conduct viewings in different properties. I speak with solicitors on a daily basis and ensure a house sale/purchase runs smoothly.
I started the apprenticeship whilst working at my current job, and so I have learnt different sides which I might not have seen without doing this apprenticeship
I love it!
Very well, I always know when I am due a meeting and I always know when I have work due.
My manager has completed the apprenticeship before and so she helps me all the time.
My training provider are well organised and always help me if needed.
I am learning parts of the job that I might not have known without doing this apprenticeship, and is going to support me working towards becoming a manager.
