  • Updating relevant trackers (roadmaps, Project plans) Preparing agenda's for working groups with stakeholders with the project Leading meetings, taking and giving actions to progress the project Writing minutes from the meeting and sending to all attendees Replying to emails from stakeholders Chase outstanding actions which need doing Have regular 121s with managers

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed lots of new skills as well as developed skills I already had. Firstly, my confidence has grown which is from managers giving me responsibility for my own work as well as chairing and facilitating meetings. My technical skills have also developed working on tools such as excel.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme. I get given a lot of responsibility and also gain feedback on the work I have done to make sure I continuously improve. There are lots of opportunities outside of just the work, partnering with our charity and running events.

  • We have regular 121s with managers and have a clear set of objectives that we need to achieve.

  • I have regular 121s and support from a whole range of people to make sure I am on track and if I need any help I can speak to managers, mentors

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We have monthly classroom days and we are always able to send work and get feedback quickly of any improvements we need to make. He is very engaging and always is there to help if we need it

  • It gives a better understanding of what we are actually doing day to day which can help up to be more efficient and work to a better standard

  • We work with our charity, and have been allowed to run our own event. There are sports teams and ability to go to careers fairs and represent BA
