I am a project leader who runs a lot of sample jobs and the odd large 1;1 scale model.
YES! I have been on multiple training courses to learn project management techniques, including MS projects.
I love my job, it is busy and stressful but it keeps my day busy and i find all of my work interesting.
Not too bad, the college programme could do with some better structure however UNI is lead quite well and we always know where/what we are meant to be doing.
I have been getting a lot of support from my management team as i have been struggling with UNI work
Adequate amount, as i get further into my degree i am finding it more and more difficult and the support doesn't seem to be meeting this increase.
Without my training courses and mentors i could not do my job role.
There is usually a football event or a hockey game happening that we can participate, i have also been to the advanced engineering show at the NEC.
Yes
Fantastic company to work for with lots of interesting products and opportunities.
Its a grind, but its worth it.
