Having gained new knowledge and skills around safe, practical and efficient driving. Hazard perception.

I have enjoyed learning new skills and potentially gaining new qualifications.

Very well co-ordinated. Put together in a well maintain way....Good information as to what will be occuring and when. Good strong guidance, with plenty of supporting documentation.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been very supportive, providing time off and recompense for my training sessions.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Maximum support where needed or asked for.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has given me a better knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations. A better understanding of Eco-Driving. It has also helped with my classroom skills

Christmas parties, bowling events and staff outings

Yes

Once you know your role the job is very enjoyable. I get to meet some lovely people both staff and customers. The pay is competative and I go home with a smile on my face

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Iceland?

Be prepared to work hard, meet new friends/customers and have fun
