My daily roles include running reports on materials and employee time bookings, ordering tooling and supplies, filing and attending and minuting production meetings.

Yes I have developed my communication skills, excel skills and general IT skills.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my role and I enjoy completing my course work.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. I have an online portfolio to keep track of my coursework and also have regular reviews with feedback from my mentor, manager and NVQ assessor.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel that I receive a lot of support from my employer with both office and NVQ work and also any issues in my personal life.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive constant support and my assessor is contactable even when she isn't on site.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me to perform better by completing units in communication and personal and professional development.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are lots of opportunities to get involved with charity events at work. I have also taken part in a 5 day activity week with all other apprentices.
