  • Business apprentice learning how to order parts for the engines after they get stripped down to part pieces. The opportunity to work with different vendors globally and amend issues with parts.

  • learning communication skills, and developing literacy and IT skills everyday with in the role. The opportunity to complete courses to further develop such as the Chwarae Teg ILM course for women.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Highly enjoy the program. Regular interaction with the course providers on NVQ work. Always new opportunities to develop and meet new people. Positive environment to work in.

  • Mostly organised, one day a week when collage assessor comes in to discus and go through work. No real class room time - can some times be hard to keep up with work and submit things regularly

  • Very supportive encourage you to get work done and submitted regularly. Always given time to do the work in the office. Always happy to help and advise when completing regular reviews.

  • Mostly supportive communicate through email, or on the one day they come up every week.

  • Be open minded - always scary when entering a new place with experienced employees. Give it time as you wont settle in straight away
