  • Day to day I am on the tools working directly with customers to get them back in service. We are given 10 days across the year to work on our NVQ.

  • I have learnt many new skills and they continue to improve as I gain experience.

  • The programme is hard but it is enjoyable once you get more comfortable with the work that needs to be done.

  • The organisation of the programme is ok with days booked in to work directly with the NVQ assessors throughout the year in work time.

  • The is good support from the employer

  • A lot of support is available if needed.

  • Yes

  • It's a solid job that gives you the freedom to plan your day. There is support behind you as well just a phone call away.

  • This is a good role but be ready to work hard. You get out what you put into this.
