  • Yes I have been able to link theory to my practice which has given me better understanding of why I do what I do

  • Despite the hard under pressure times, yes I really did!

  • Very well organised. Some issues with rooms on occasion but no major impact on whole

  • It has allowed me to be more reflective as a manager, utilizing skills from theory but also allowed me to think more strategically rather then just operational. Also strengthened the impact of me on others

  • Yes recovery college provide courses for staff. We have a bi monthly time to talk with the team to discuss mental well-being
