  • I provide support to homeless adults to move from temp accommodation to suitable permanent rehousing given their specific support needs.

  • Skills learnt on the course, especially the use of management models are completely compatible with and adaptable into my current job role.

  • I fond it stressful trying to combine it with work / my personal life / other commitments - but this was my own issues rather than the course. I expected it to be hard work.

  • I feel it was well structured and planned out - it flowed well.

  • I recieved all necessary support - they were adaptable with time off and assisted me where I needed.

  • I fond aditional support from the provider very helpful when needed.
