I am currently a deputy manager within SSP my role is to ensure the business day to day running is in place.
I have developed loads of skills the main skill which has been developed is listening to others and taking their point of view into account.
I really enjoyed the workshops I was sent on through my apprenticeship.
The structure of the programme was good.
I recieved alot of help from my employer whenever I needed help it was offered.
My training provider assisted whenever I needed help.
The qualification does help as it enabled me to get new skills and improve on skills I already had.
