  • I enjoy the program I am on as it is only one year longer than a uni degree but you become a chartered accountant at the end- which is a stable career. This is also without all the debt of uni. • 9a. Would you recommend BDO to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I feel BDO has the right atmosphere towards working and social life. Unlike the big four people can manage their work and personal life fairly easily. Moreover, the people that work at BDO are not the stereotype accountants so you can relate to people not just about work topics but other matter such as Love Island

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BDO?
  • Do your research into the company and ensure you can show how you have demonstrated the core values in other work environments. Additionally, when in the office for the assessment centre make sure to make friends with other people there and not to view them as competition. BDO offers jobs for the people rather than filling a quota of people.
