  • my role within the company is to put our customers into service within the copper network by fixing or providing their telephone line.

  • I have learnt many new skills including how to interact with customers and everything I now do on a day to day basis within my job role is skills that I didn't have before.

  • I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship programme and believe it is a good way to ease new recruits into their career

  • doing the apprenticeship programme allows me to be reminded of all the step by step things I should be doing in my job role and allows me to converse with others about their experience and get advice from other engineers

  • the job is fairly simple, very enjoyable, going out meeting new people everyday, getting out and about, salary is good.

  • be yourself and to speak up when there are issues as there is always gonna be someone who cares and will listen.
