  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoyed the programme I am on and would recommend it to anyone. The trainers are very good at making you feel comfortable and do not stress you about time limits whilst also making sure you keep on top of your work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that my qualification shows me the side of the business that as an engineer I do not see. As an engineer its more hands on and learning on the job whereas my NVQ teaches me about the corporate side of the job.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is always tonnes of activities to get involved in, for example, we have a platform where there is the correct advertisement which encourages you to join the interest that you have already.

  • 9a. Would you recommend BT to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I feel the company offers tonnes of opportunities and is very fair to those that are willing to learn. I have felt the support and backing with every decision. I have already recommended to friends and one has already joined the company.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • To make sure you are willing to take on the challenge. I found that when I first applied I wasn't very hungry for the role but the second time in which I was successful I was more aware of what I was taking on and that I wanted to make an impact when I joined the company.
