My daily tasks include: managing my inbox, booking engineers in, submitting expenses, completing databases, updating spreadsheets, interacting with external clients and much more.
Yes, I have learnt how to use different systems and develop my skills in using certain software's. I learn new things everyday.
I love my job so much. I wouldn't change anything. I enjoy coming to work everyday.
My apprentice programme is run by Kent County Council (KTA- Kent Training & Apprenticeships). When I first started my apprenticeship the programme was not organised at all. It was a very poor start to the job. However, now we are on track and staff are kind.
Pfizer are extremely supportive and help me complete my day to day tasks if needed.
A lot of support from my training provider, I am able to contact them whenever I need help.
Some of the units in the specification for the qualification are probably not really that necessary so it cant be hard to know what to write about if you don't complete tasks within your normal day to day job which the qualification requires.
Yes, events are always put on for apprentices to get together and "hang out".
Yes
