  • Managing a restaurant which has a drive through and inside seating, ensuring procedures and cleanliness of store is keep to standard, hiring and training team members for the different jobs involved in the service to customers.

  • I find this course very enjoyable not only the learning but meeting other people from different work backgrounds helps me to understand more about thinking in different ways to solve or do things differently

  • I think it is well organised as everyone comes from different places around the country. We are always told in advance of any changes that occur

  • My employer is very supportive and helps me with relevant information for assignments and time to complete assignments

  • The university are very supportive and help with any questions and problems that may occur and give good feedback and guidance.

  • The experience of doing university has help me at work especially when dealing with issues arising with the team by thinking in different ways and growing the knowledge of team members wishing to advance at work

  • There are chances for socialising outside with other team’s charity events are done a few times a year as was award nights and team nights out
