Managing a restaurant which has a drive through and inside seating, ensuring procedures and cleanliness of store is keep to standard, hiring and training team members for the different jobs involved in the service to customers.
Extended learning on interview techniques and understanding how people learn in different ways
I find this course very enjoyable not only the learning but meeting other people from different work backgrounds helps me to understand more about thinking in different ways to solve or do things differently
I think it is well organised as everyone comes from different places around the country. We are always told in advance of any changes that occur
