  • yes I have built upon my electrical knowledge in the past to develop them further to find faults in the network

  • the work is challenging however the work home balance is often poor due to the travel time required causing effect work of 48 hours a week without overtime often pushing the working time direvtive toits limits

  • the company appears to be focused on reactionary action more than preventative which I feel would be more effecient

  • my immediate management are very good at providing support when needed

  • a lot of support was provided

  • not that much as all the training is on the job

  • hours are ridiculously long and contractual overtime is called in regularly

  • long hours but rewarding
