  • Initially, I was strange to the university contents of the course, however, with the help of uni tutors, I got interested and now enjoying.

  • The level of support I got in lectures shows that tutors and course leaders are highly skilled about their subject and well organized.

  • I am getting support to a certain degree but up above my manager the level of support and understanding of the apprenticeship progress is weak.

  • I am trying my best to put my theory into practice but not getting enough support from the procurement and business management teams.

  • I have enjoyed working at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust for many years but now it's changing the ways we work. The organization have made nursing so difficult through shortages of staff and working under pressure that many people think to leave.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust?
  • It will be a great learning opportunity for the new starters to join SRFT and build up their careers working in very busy outstanding trust. You will need to consider your aims and objectives carefully before applying as the job descriptions are very complex and thorough.
