  • I am an apprentice so I work with a mentor I do mainly servicing and big jobs I e big jobs everyone is helpful in what I do and get on well with everyone in the workplace this is very good experience for me for when I become fully qualified

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have I have learnt a lot of things while working at my workplace because everyone is very supportive and if you are in need of anything then anyone will help you out this is good for anyone that wants to be a qualified tec because you get to learn little things first

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my apprenticeship because it is good to learn basic things and then when you fully qualify you will know some things and then you can take them with you for the rest of your life this is also good because you get to know then people you work with

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say it is structured quite well but it could definitely do with some improvements because it’s not very organised but on the job as a whole it is a good structure to start with and I would recommend it to others and who ever wants to know

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer because if I need anything then they will help me out. If I don’t know something then they will also help me out to get it right this is a really good starting point to start with because it is

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • It could do with improvements because when they come they don’t really do much. But then they do tell you what to do and how to do it if you need advice or anything. They also set you goals for things to do if you need them and how to do it

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It makes me feel that there is a goal at the end of it so I usually work harder to get it done to know that at the end of it there is a qualification and that it means a lot and you can go to most places with it

  • No something see meet up and do something to keep us all together and almost like a team
