I am the onboarding support apprentice. So I complete daily reports that get sent to the board. These are very important to the business as it monitors how many learners we are taking on. Also, I just generally support the onboarding team with anything they need help with in order for the business to succeed.
Yes! I have definitely learnt and developed new skills. I am a lot more confident with excel and talking to people on the phone which I did find extremely nerve racking. I have developed so much knowledge around business and what it takes to be successful. Which I am loving.
I really do enjoy my role and my coursework. I like how unique my job role is and how important it is as it motivates me to be the best I can be. Also, my coursework is interesting as I research all about business. Which I am really enjoying doing.
I feel like my programme is very well organised. I have regular 121s with my manger to track my progress and check how im doing which I think is very important in the work place. As well as regular 121s with my manger I meet up with my trainer once a month to check coursework and give feedback.
I am comfortable in my job role and with the people in my team. I feel like I can talk to anyone if I have any issues or don't feel comfortable. I feel very looked after which is what an apprentice needs. I really do appreciate it.
Similar to above, I have regular meetings with my trainer who checks my recent sessions and how ive done. If there is any improvements needed I will get that feedback. My trainer then explains very well the next session and what needs to be done for me to get the best possible result.
I am doing Business Admin Level 3 which is an advanced apprenticeship. My role isn't the easiest, with my coursework I can refer to certain situations so i can use it towards that. My course motivates me to do well in my job role.
Yes. There is many. Badminton, netball and also a mud course! I think extra-curricular activites are very important as these can be very good team builders. We do have days where the whole business meets up and we do a workshop to talk about the business changes etc . Also we do celebrate for peoples birthday and holidays during the year such as Christmas.
Yes
I would diffidently recommend Babington to a friend as my experiment so far has been so good. I settled in extremely well and my trainer is so helpful with explaining my course and what I need to do. Also, the people are so supportive.
Make sure you try your best and work hard! Be kind and respectful of others. Also make sure it is the qualification that you do want to do.
