General assistance to the lead consultant on the job. Attending client and contractor meetings. Valuing works on site. Assessing change and managing the change process. Cost reporting and cost planning.
Yes I have learnt communication skills to communicate to external stakeholders such as clients and contractors effectively. More technical skills like how to correctly measure, cost plan and cost report in the best formats.
So far I have really enjoyed my programme.
The programme is very structured. There is a training timetable and good notice is given for anything that we are required to attend.
A lot of support from help with university work, help with actual work and support with our portfolio work.
Good where they can be but there is a large class.
