Looking after a clothes department, deliveries ect. Help out on main store duties ie; opens and closes money & orders
Learned more about the business and how it is run. Have also gone more depth into coaching & branding
It's hard but it also strengthens my knowledge at the same time
Very organized and keeps going back to past modules so the info doesn't get forgotten
They help and guide me when I need help.
Lots, they give me tips on where to look so I can get better as the modules get harder
I have adapted new techniques on how to train and coach team members with their roles

It is a fast friendly place to work in, in the witney branch of the companies. Never a dull moment there.
Be honest and be yourself. Dont hide things that later on you say that maybe a problem for you or us.
