I feel like little support is received from the university and in my job role, im concerned that I will be unable to successfully complete the apprenticeship as ive received no reviews
Not at all. I'm unsure what I need to do to achieve the apprenticeship. The uni admin team is fairly new. And my employer isnt positioning me in a way that supports what im learning
Support with day release but no actual support in terms of achieving the apprenticeship
None
Some very useful learning in terms of modules like measurement and construction technology although we've been overtaught on law and economics but theres not enough taught on important relevent matters such as cdm
Bame, gender, family & LGBTQ networks, bootcamp, yoga, bookclubs, social events
Yes
Great colleagues and room to move about departments. However very political, rubbish processes and lack of communication and favouritism from senior management
Focus on your progression
