  • I deal daily with customer and their banking, deposit, withdrawls, problems and enquiries. my main duties are to deliver the best customer service by saving them time and money. Another part of my role is to do referals so pass over customers to the banking consultants with varoius reasons wich could be savings, loans, credit cards

  • During my apprenticeship I have learnt better ways to talk to customers, by overcoming barriers they might put up, better ways to interract with the team I work with. I have improved my maths and IT skills which help me in my role everyday and i keep my mind fresh by doing the task given me by my tutor
