  • I have learned lifestyling which is out of my day to day work schedule. I am working towards getting my license for ports (which is part of my work area).

  • Its really helpful when it comes to getting some additional knowledge about banking.

  • The text book gives an overview of the areas within a bank and the roles to perform. I don't really understand how this would help me in climbing to a higher post in my company

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • To a certain extend it helps when it comes to chapters 3,4,5 & 6. But not 1 & 2 which is more about banking and its evolution which is not ideal for me as a pension administrator
