  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • In this job I have developed my computer skills as I work on a computer everyday. It has also greatly increased my people skills as I spend everyday talking to either customers, suppliers or other agents. A new skill I have learnt is learning how to look at targets and figures and to know what I need to make in a week to hit my targets which is something I had never done before

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very well structured. When I first started I was given a workbook to work through to help my understanding of the company. I then also traveled down to Newcastle for 3 days for a training course. I then started on my apprentice programme work which is set out in monthly tasks so that way you are not getting completed overwelmed with work. You not only have your store manager and team there is help you but you also have an assessor who pays you monthly visits in store to help you with any work or questions.
