  • Very enjoyable program. Currently completing first week in the job role during the college half term period and it's been very good to see the business and where i will fit in when i finish the training course and move properly into the apprenticeship. College is enjoyable because of the new skills that i am continuing to learn

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • well organised program in the sense that we are learning new things relevant to our job. however the program is run through a different company than who i will be working for so isn't always tailored exactly to the skills we will need when in the job role. although this isn't necessarily a bad thing as it will make us better engineers as a whole.
