  • I'm pretty autonomous and my employer is very supportive.

  • As much as needed. And we have personal lines to tutors.

  • Unsure, it obviously helps but I feel a lot of managment is practically gained skills, academics is interesting but I wonder how it would guide people leading difficult teams
