  • I focus on mitigating/minimizing Execution Risk within Barclays by ensuring that Project Managers and people delivering change are doing so in a controlled manner, meeting the necessary standards of work

  • My confidence has grown significantly, I have become more comfortable with using computer technology, report writing, putting my views across to others and leading others

  • I enjoy most aspects of my university programme, however sometimes it is difficult to apply the work to my actual job

  • Yes, there are lots of social groups including sports groups, networking, public speaking etc.

  • There are lots of opportunities to progress and you will be supported


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • Ask questions if you are unsure of a role, don't let it put you off as you may learn to really enjoy it. At the same time, if you are not enjoying your role then speak to somebody as there are plenty of others to choose from
