  • Manage day to day operational activity. Plan out and support Infrastructure. Look at processes and work on optimising them to ensure business activity is running as efficiently as possible. Work with the managing director to plan long term company strategy from a IT and operational perspective. Conduct interviews for new employees

  • Developing a more sound business understanding with regards to cost management asset control and operational activity. Learnt new technical skills such as the react framework and django. Learnt how to configure Nginx webserver and set up a reverse proxy. Learnt how to deploy sensors at a large scale across various sites

  • It is a dynamic and exciting place. Every week there is a fundamental change that affects the way people work and being part of that change and driving that through is rewarding. We value your employees and treat them with the utmost respect. Working there enables me to drive changes I otherwise wouldn't have been able to do


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Seafresh?
  • Only apply if you are comfortable being pushed to your potential. It is also a place where you aren't shoved into a corner and told to write reports it's very hands on and communicative. Own up to concepts and procedures you don't understand and don't try and bluff your way
