I have yes all though it is all very self driven and remote
I enjoy the extra knowledge and challenges it presents
In 6 months I've had 2 face to face visits due to progression and no contingency plan in place
Realistically none, apart from initial introduction everything else about it is self driven
Remote support OK but not enough face to face human interaction
I don't think it does its more of a personal goal but helps me reflect on my skills and what potential strengths and weaknesses I have
None just role of area support helping fellow peers and assisting my AM
Yes
Pays the bills and once in a routine it's an easy role with the right store and tean
Nothings simple, have an open mind and be thick skinned
