  • I enjoy the extra knowledge and challenges it presents

  • In 6 months I've had 2 face to face visits due to progression and no contingency plan in place

  • Realistically none, apart from initial introduction everything else about it is self driven

  • Remote support OK but not enough face to face human interaction

  • I don't think it does its more of a personal goal but helps me reflect on my skills and what potential strengths and weaknesses I have

  • None just role of area support helping fellow peers and assisting my AM

  • Pays the bills and once in a routine it's an easy role with the right store and tean

  • Nothings simple, have an open mind and be thick skinned
