  • I am a second line tech support giving support to Virgin Media's business customers. I do fault finding and ticket logging.

  • Yes I have gained a lot of knowledge on networking as well as office etiquette. I have developed my communication skills, my time management skills and my teamwork skills.

  • I enjoy my program, I enjoy coming into work everyday.

  • I don't think it has been very well organized as I haven't done much actual job work in 5 months.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, he is always there when I need him.

  • A lot of support, whenever I have a question or an issue I know I can go to my training provider for help.

  • My qualifications allow me to grasp more knowledge on networking, security and servers which aids me to find faults easier.

  • There is football every week, as well as walks and other wellbeing activities.

  • Yes

  • It is a great company to work for, the office is a very warm and welcoming environment and all the staff are very friendly.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Virgin Media O2?
  • Virgin looks for 'Virgin People' that means you have to do research on the Virgin values and if you match them you have a very good chance of being accepted.
