  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is a little dry but seems to cover all of the relevant sections that will assist me with my career going forward along with some things I won't need. The only issue is the lecturers who are unable to fully communicate the information, English is a challenge.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well structured but poorly organised and there seems to be very little quality assurance going on to make the content is delivered in plain English. This detracts from the content in a manner which likely isn't warranted but nevertheless occurs.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Crofton Consulting to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • Whilst there is a great deal of potential in the company, none of it is being fully realised and as a result, we are failing to keep to our deadlines. This puts stress upon all employees of which some react poorly, further impacting all and sundry.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Crofton Consulting?
  • Keep an open mind. We have many efficient processes but when only half followed, become very inefficient. As with any system, if you do not follow it properly, it does not work. Do not fall into the trap of 'half-following' and then thinking it doesn't work.
