1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Job Title: HR Advisor Daily tasks: Reporting statistics for Nestle factorys all over the UK & Ireland. Answering phone calls & dealing with employee queries. When I arrive in the morning I have a timetable of reports to do before a certain deadline, once completed them in the afternoon I help employees with queries regarding pay, ilness and anything HR related.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt about the system nestle use, how it works and how I can retrieve information about employees regarding certain queries.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The work is really good, it keeps me busy and the team I work with are very friendly and great to work with. I love the program so much they kept me on as a full time employee.

4. How valued do you feel by Nestle?

I feel appreciated, the way they look after you and check up on you to make sure everything is okay. I feel I can ask them anything regarding work and they are always there to help me if I ever get in a tricky situation.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised, every day I had different things to do which kept me busy and made me enjoy my days more and more.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

Support is always available no matter what task I was given they was always someone either next to me or on the desk opposite willing to help and answer my questions.

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

The Support is great, I had meetings to keep me up to date on how I was getting on and if they was any problems I just had to tell them.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

I am very happy with my salary, considering its only a Level 1 Salary its the most amount of pay I have being on so far. I can only imagine the pay will rise the more I stay with the company and show what skills I can bring.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

They are always events going and discounts to go on activites. This summer I will be using discount codes for theme parks.
