Organisation, prioritise, it skills, communication skills
I enjoy the work side of things and the degree, the only problem is the other apprenticeship requirements that is required. There isn’t much support from the university and the apprenticeship manager and the skills coach tell different people, different things so theres nothing to follow
I would say this is poor no support from the uni, no meetings and reviews with skills coaches. Not much support from the university regarding end point assessment
Not much support, still awaiting a meeting with skills coach which is a year overdue
