  • Conducting Valuations, Raising IPC's, Day to day e-mails. Issue site instructions. Putting together contracts. Putting together pricing schedules and scope of works. Making sure works are in line with their programme. Updating attendance records. Regular site walks. Ensuring the work on site is carried out in line with the contract unless instructed otherwise.

Mace have a health and safety policy which is second to none and therefore you are always looking forward to going to work as you know you are in safe hands, Mace offer also incentive such as yearly bonuses for projects which go well which is great way to drive many individuals.

  • You must be willing to work and help your colleagues wherever possible. Mace is all about working as a team rather than working as an individual and this is what leads to all of their success
