I take pride in my work and enjoy the programme overall. I can definitely see a persistent development in my own skills and knowledge within my career.
There is a large amount of support provided by Mace Emerging Talent. I feel supported in my journey to finish my degree, obtain MRICS and in becoming a Commercial Manager and a few years.
Support in terms of university and work is excellent, however I believe there should be a more considerate approach towards salaries and pay reviews. There is a divide between apprentices living at home and those who have moved out, however most are on the same pay.
Lecturers are generally good, constantly check for understanding during lectures. The opportunity to address concerns with lecturers or to ask questions is always given at the end of lectures.
I personally feel that my knowledge obtained at work helps me to perform at university rather than my qualification aiding my work generally speaking.
Mace is very good at organising extra-curricular activities and making people aware of these though our internal system, Infomace. These are offered to all employees, however there are also separate Apprentice Networking Sessions which are also a great idea.

Mace is an excellent company to start your career with. They provide great support and a structured training plan to get you qualified in a very reasonable duration. Through working at Mace you are given huge amounts of opportunity whilst also receiving a sense of job security.
It has to be you which wants to apply, not a family member or friend suggesting that you should. Take your time to read up on Mace and understand the role which you wish to pursue. Seem keen and eager to learn.
