  • Third line support for the NHS voice services, this includes troubleshooting, communicating with customers and solving difficult faults.

  • Have learnt a range of different skills and improved my communication skills a lot.

  • Very enjoyable, loads of different opportunities. Colleagues always willing to listen and help.

  • Very well structured, apprentice assessor always available for help.

  • Very good support, there's always someone to speak to in regards to queries, and any issues get dealt with promptly.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • When working towards my btec qualification the college staff offered enormous amounts of support which was really helpful as some of the topics covered proved to be difficult.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Learnt some key things that I was able to bring back and apply to the things I do day to day.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Amongst my team we regularly have team bonding exercises in which we go out for an activity i.e bowling and then out for a meal after.

  • Yes

  • Good company, loads of support from colleagues, many learning opportunity's and good apprentice scheme.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT?
  • Be yourself, never be afraid to speak your mind. Be confident and aim high.
