  • 9a. Would you recommend RSA Insurance Ltd to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • The hours are long, the shifts are bad. The annualised hours contracts don't provide flexibility, especially if you have children or a dependant. The pay is poor for employees as loyalty isn't recognised.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSA Insurance Ltd?
  • Make sure Insurance is what you are interested in, and that you can work hard.
