  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I chose to stay in my existing role when joining the apprenticeship as a regional manager. My role involves managing a retail travel agency in the town of Leyland. I manage a team of 5 and we work towards sales & service targets each week and month. My responsibility also include developing my team members and some compliance stuff too.
