Daily tasks include; Answering queries, dealing with tickets/webforms, Dealing with admin, Project work,Meeting regular deadlines, Completing absent reports.

Learnt alot about how to use Microsoft Excel in alot more detail than i did. How to use globe and SAP.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Enjoy the company of the people i work with, friendly helpful environment, enjoy what i do daily, enjoy being invovled in such a professional business environment.

4. How valued do you feel by Nestle?

Appreciation is given when i do something well internally.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Induction and training was very thorough and detailed which was very helpful. Team Hierachy was also very friendly as it didnt matter what platform you are on nobody seems to look down on you.

Always willing to help which goes for everyone in the business and always want you to learn from any mistakes made.

HR Team are always helpful and really want you to gain something out of the experiance which is nice to know everyones behind you.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

Very suitable. Live locally and am managing fine out of work money wise.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

Social events like meals are always happening which staff are very keen for people like myself to attend which is nice and they interact you with everything whether its birthday cards or football matches, against other companies.

Yes

Enjoyed my experiance and i know there is so many different oppurtunties within Nestle my freinds would be welcome to the idea of potentially joining.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Nestle?

Id inoform them of the process i went through regarding interview techniques and what Nestle are after in people.
