  • I am a Fibre Network Delivery fibre engineer working on the fibre city project in Chelmsford. On an average day I work with an experienced engineer joining fibres together on one of the spines leaving Chelmsford

  • Yes I have learnt how to join fibres together and how to safely work around fibre. I've definitely enhanced my communication and team working skills

  • I couldn't be happier with the programme and the support I get from my managers and coaches is next to none

  • Very well organised, all NVQ days are announced with plenty of notice and the feed back is well put

  • Plenty, if I need any support it is always there

  • The support I receive is out standing, our work is marked quickly and the feed back is clear and concise

  • I feel it helps me greatly, the skills are easily transferred to the role and this is noticed by my superiors.

  • yes there have been a few that have been offered. For example there is a program that allows you to train with the military for a few days.

  • Yes

  • Best employer I have worked for. The career progression is endless and support from other employees and managers is great.

  • Learn about the company, where it intends to go and what it stands.
