  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The majority of the jobs I do are enjoyable. I get a lot of opportunities outside of my day to day role such as open events, stretch assignments and the national apprentice council. However some of my roles in my placement can be tedious, boring and non beneficial to my apprenticeship.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme itself is quite well structured, with a good system in place in terms of placements and the flow throughout the programme. However, there is not a good feedback system in place for the placements and so early careers will often struggle to get a proper gauge on how good a placement is.
